Mammoth Cave National Park has received an additional $10,000 grant to expand its educational programs
that will be used to teach local students the importance of the park and its ecosystem.
The park plans to send park rangers to more than a dozen local elementary schools, teaching approximately
800 fourth grade students about geology, biology and environmental stewardship.
